This website is operated by I Said Yes Kingdom. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to I Said Yes Kingdom. By visiting our Site, creating an account, participating in a partnership program, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here.

1. Online Store Terms

You may use our Site and services only for lawful purposes. You must not violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with the Site, or misuse our services.

2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, colors, images, and specifications may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary. Screen and device settings can affect how product colors appear.

3. Orders and Account Information

Shipping estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return/Exchange Policy.

6. Church and Partner Programs

Church partnerships, member codes, revenue-sharing arrangements, Pay Now, Pay as Sold, design submissions, and other partner programs may be subject to separate program terms, eligibility requirements, approvals, account rules, and written agreements. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement controls for that program.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Site content, branding, graphics, designs, text, photos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to I Said Yes Kingdom and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.

When you submit artwork or other materials, you represent that you have the rights necessary to submit them and authorize us to review, reproduce, and use them as necessary to evaluate and fulfill the requested service or partnership.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, including Shopify and other providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, or content, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms.

9. User Submissions

If you send us feedback, ideas, artwork, messages, or other submissions, you remain responsible for their legality and accuracy. You must not submit material that infringes another person's rights or contains unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
