At I Said Yes Kingdom, we believe in doing business with integrity, grace, and a commitment to serving you well. If your order is not exactly what you hoped for, we will do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of the original order date for eligible exchanges, refunds, or store credit.
- Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed to qualify unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- Returned items are inspected when received. We may decline a return if an item shows signs of wear, washing, use, or customer-caused damage.
- Processing times can vary with return volume.
Important Notes
- Please include all items or concerns in the same return request whenever possible.
- Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrect.
- Limited-release designs that are no longer available may be resolved with store credit or an exchange for an available item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos when applicable.
